Joining our learner group couldn't be easier.Even if you have never picked up an instrument before we can help you to read music and play a brass or percussion instrument. Tuition is given in simple steps tailored to your requirement. As you become a more accomplished player you will be encouraged to take music grades and in time become a member of the main band.Young or old, its never too late to take up a musical instrument.Entry to the learner band is free and instruments can be provided. You will also be invited to particpate in the regular social events organised by the band.The learner group meet every Sunday at 6pm prior to the main band rehearsal at the Castle Inn, Highley.
